Medezine offer a comprehensive support and after sales service, all technical work is completed by experienced and qualified Medezine professional engineer.
All products must be regularly serviced ensuring prolonged reliability and extending product life.
Annual Servicing
Available for all Medezine Cast Saws. An annual service includes a comprehensive and detailed overhaul/inspection test of the Saw, with a detailed engineers report. Loan stores are available, and a “pick up“ service can be arranged.
Annual Gold Package Servicing
Available for all Medezine Cast saws and is the total ”ease of mind” service, which includes all parts and labour for a full year and includes full maintenance and breakdown service support.
